Having a good health

Saya ada terbaca satu artikel di NST online di ruangan kesihatan. Artikel tersebut berbunyi:

Eating is not the best way to de-stress.
WE live in a world measured by physical achievements — money, car, house and even kids with straight As — but the drawback of such pursuits comes in the form of the dreaded six-letter word we are all too familiar with: Stress.

Saya tidak menafikan stress adalah salah satu punca kesihatan terganggu dan saya yakin semua orang mengalaminya. Tanda-tanda?  The tag line for this article is quite interesting which is Relax, recharge and reboot. They suggested READING as a way to reduce stress.




Sesak nafas yang tidak terkata, hanya tangisan mampu merungkaikan segalanya, seperti tiada penghujungnya. Ya Allah, berat sungguh ujian mu kepadaku. Mampukah aku menghadapinya seorang diri?

Berdoa dan berharap
GOD is the best listener, you don't need to shout, nor cry out loud. because he hears even the very silent prayer of a sincere heart.. It's only Allah.. Its My Allah.
